Comprehensive Cooling Solution For Generator
If the heat dissipation of the generator is not good, it will cause many other faults, such as the power drop,udden shutdown,the peculiar smell, poor smoke exhaust andblack smoke.So please check that the reasons that the heat dissipation of the generator is too high ,troubleshoot in time. Here are some reasons to summarize:
1.The radiator fin is blocked or damaged
The cooling fan does not work or the cooling fins are blocked, so that the temperature of the cooling liquid cannot be lowered, and the cooling fins are rusted, causing liquid leakage and poor circulation.
2.Thermostat failure
Thermostat is installed in the engine combustion chamber to control the temperature. The thermostat must be fully opened at the temperature 82°C to facilitate small circulation. If there is no thermostat, the coolant cannot maintain the circulating temperature may produce a low temperature alarm.
3.The coolant level of the generator is too low or does not meet the requirements.
If the liquid level is too low, it can directly cause the coolant temperature to rise so that the coolant does not circulate. The coolant is constituted by 50% antifreeze and 50% softened water according to the regulations. If it does not meet the regulations, it will cause the tubes to block and cause rust inner tubes. So that the coolant can not circulate normally.
