Air filter refers to a device for removing particulate impurities in the air

Air filter refers to a device for removing particulate impurities in the air. Piston (internal combustion engine, air filter, etc.), if the inhaled air contains dust and other impurities, it will aggravate the wear of parts, so air filter must be equipped. The air filter consists of two parts: filter element and housing. The main requirements of air filtration are high filtration efficiency, low flow resistance, and continuous use without maintenance.

There are three ways: inertia, filtration and oil bath.

①Inertia: because the density of impurities is greater than that of air, when impurities rotate or rotate sharply with air, centrifugal inertia can separate impurities from the air flow.

②Filter: guide the air to flow through metal filter or filter paper, block impurities and adhere to the filter element.

③Oil bath type: there is an organic oil pan at the bottom of the air filter. The air flow is used to rapidly impact the oil, separate impurities and stick to the oil. The essential airflow filter element can further absorb impurities to achieve the purpose of filtration.
