Avoid radiator corrosion
The diesel generator will generate a lot of heat during operation. If the heat cannot be dissipated, it will cause damage to the engine. Please keep good heat dissipation. In order to ensure that the diesel generator has good heat dissipation effect, the following points should be achieved.
1.The generator room should have a good ventilation.
2.Keep the radiator working properly. The maintenance of radiator is particularly important. Corrosion is the main cause of radiator failure. In order to effectively prevent the radiator from being corroded, we must always keep the pipe joints from leaking, and regularly add water to drain air from the radiator top to keep the system "air-free". The radiator should not be partially filled with water because it will accelerate corrosion. The generator that is not working shall be drained or filled with water. If possible, use distilled water or natural soft water, and add an appropriate amount of anti-rust agent.
