Causes and maintenance of engine failure to start

The reason why the engine cannot start is as follows: 

1.The low pressure oil circuit is blocked, the pipeline is loose and leaks oil, the high pressure oil pipe has empty gas, and the fuel injector is in poor technical condition. 

2.Power failure, poor contact of electromagnetic switch and slipping of transmission mechanism clutch. 

3.The cylinder gasket is damaged and leaking, the valve is not closed tightly, and the piston cylinder liner is worn and leaking. 

4.The air filter element is blocked.

 

The automobile engine is a device that provides power for the automobile. It determines the power, economy, stability and environmental protection of the automobile. According to different power sources, automobile engines can be divided into diesel engines, gasoline engines, electric vehicle engines and hybrid engines.

 

Engine maintenance:

1.Change the oil and oil filter regularly. When the oil passes through the hole of the oil filter element, solid particles and viscous substances in the oil will accumulate in the filter. If the filter is blocked and the oil cannot pass through the filter element smoothly, the filter element will burst or the safety valve will open, and then the dirt will be brought back to the lubricating part through the bypass valve, which will accelerate the engine wear and aggravate the internal pollution.

2.Keep the crankcase well ventilated. Pollutants in the air will deposit around the positive crankcase ventilation valve, which may block the valve. If the PCV valve is blocked, the contaminated gas will flow into the air filter in the opposite direction, and the contaminated filter element will reduce the filtering capacity. The inhaled mixed gas is too dirty, which will further pollute the crankcase, resulting in increased fuel consumption, increased engine wear and even damage to the engine.

3.Clean the crankcase regularly. During engine operation, the high-pressure unburned gas, acid, water, sulfur and nitrogen oxide in the combustion chamber enter the crankcase through the gap between the piston ring and the cylinder wall, and mix with the metal powder produced by the wear of parts to form oil sludge. When the oil quantity is small, it will be suspended in the engine oil. When the oil quantity is large, it will be separated from the engine oil, blocking the filter and oil hole, causing the engine lubrication difficulty and wear.
