Classification and Features of electronic governor
1.Analog electronic governor: its controller is usually assembled with analog electronic components;
2.Digital electronic governor: its controller is assembled by digital microprocessor and corresponding peripheral chips;
3.Full-electronic governor: the signal sensor and actuator are both electric, and the working capacity of the equipment is relatively small, which is generally used for small diesel engines.
4.Electro-hydraulic or electro-pneumatic governor: the signal monitoring of this electronic governor is electronic, but the actuator is hydraulic or pneumatic. It has powerful hydraulic or pneumatic servo operation capability, so it also meets various requirements for diesel engine use.
5.Electro-hydraulic double-pulse governor: It is an additional electronic load signal sensing device installed on the ordinary hydraulic governor. Single pulse modulation is a pure frequency modulation. Only the speed sensor is selected on the equipment to adjust the fuel quantity through the speed change signal. Double pulse regulation is adjustable load and frequency modulation, which is mainly applicable to diesel generator sets with high power requirements.
Features
● It has sensitive action, fast response speed, and the time required at the same time is only 1/10 to 1/2 of the hydraulic governor;
● Both dynamic and static precision is relatively high;
● Be able to realize remote control and automatic control;
● There is no governor drive mechanism, and the installation is relatively simple.
