Oil transfer pump is divided into gear type oil transfer pump, diaphragm type oil transfer pump, plunger type oil transfer pump, pipeline type oil transfer pump, etc. There are two types of fuel delivery pumps commonly used on tractors: plunger type fuel delivery pump and diaphragm type fuel delivery pump.
The plunger fuel injection pump is mainly composed of four parts, namely, the plunger slave pump, the oil volume regulating mechanism, the slave pump driving mechanism and the pump body.
Plunger slave pump
The plunger fuel injection pump is composed of several plunger slave pumps with the same number of cylinders as the engine. The plunger slave pump is mainly composed of a plunger couple and a delivery valve couple.
Construction of plunger fuel injection pump
Slave pump: a high-pressure oil pumping mechanism composed of a set of plunger pair, oil outlet valve pair and other parts corresponding to each cylinder.
Composition of slave pump:High pressure oil pipe connector, oil outlet valve spring, oil outlet valve coupling, plunger coupling, plunger spring and seat.
