Radiator Maintenance
1.Radiator fins deformed and not ventilated
Symptoms: Radiator fins are curled, or there are impurities in the middle that cause poor heat dissipation and high engine temperature.
Cause: Directly flush radiator with a high-pressure water gun, flushing the fins or insufficient cleaning, causing fin blocked.
Solution: If it is a small area of curl, you can use a screwdriver to straighten the fins. If the range is too large, the curled or blocked fins can be removed, but can’t be too large.
2.If the radiator is old, replace it.
Failure analysis: The radiator is used for too long, and leakage or blockage may occur due to corrosion and other reasons. And some customers do not want to replace a new radiator in order to be cheap, and as a result, the engine malfunctions due to the high temperature.
