1.Tachometer
The tachometer is used to monitor the revolutions per minute during the operation of the diesel generator set. There are two types of tachometers: mechanical drive and electric drive. For mechanically driven tachometers, the joint of the flexible shaft is directly connected to the drive shaft at the rear of the governor. The electric tachometer consists of a tachometer indicator and a sensor. The sensor is connected to the tachometer through a wire.
2.Oil temperature gauge
The oil temperature gauge is used to measure the oil temperature in the oil pan of the diesel generator set. There are two types of oil thermometer: electric type and resistance type. Now the electric oil temperature gauge is widely used, which is composed of temperature sensor, dial and sensor wire.
3.Oil pressure gauge
The oil pressure gauge is used to monitor the oil pressure in the main oil passage of the diesel generator. At present, the most widely installed oil pressure gauge on the instrument panel of diesel generator is the electrothermal oil pressure gauge, which is composed of sensor, information sensor wire and oil pressure gauge. The oil pressure sensor is installed on the cylinder block and connected to the main oil passage of the oil. The pressure gauge is installed on the instrument panel. The pressure gauge and sensor are connected through the information sensing wire. The oil temperature gauge is used to observe the oil temperature in the diesel generator oil pan. It has two types: thermoelectric type and resistance type. At present, thermoelectric oil thermometer is widely used, which is composed of temperature sensor, thermometer and sensing line.
4.Water temperature gauge
The water temperature gauge is used to measure the cooling water temperature of the diesel generator set cylinder head outlet pipe. Through this table, you can know the maximum and minimum temperature of the cooling water during the operation of the diesel generator set, so that the diesel generator set can operate at the optimal temperature. The water temperature gauge assembly is composed of sensor, sensing line and dial. The sensor is installed on the water outlet pipe of the cylinder head, the dial is installed on the outer plate, and the two are connected through the sensing wire.
5.Charging ammeter
The charging ammeter of the diesel generator set can display the charging and discharging current of the battery, and can also be used to judge whether the silicon rectifier generator and regulator have faults. The "+" pole terminal of the ammeter is generally connected to the "+" pole terminal of the charging generator or the armature terminal of the regulator, and the "-" pole terminal is usually connected to the battery terminal of the electromagnetic switch. The "+" pole terminal of the charging generator or the armature terminal of the regulator (diesel generator set started by the battery) is usually equipped with (- 20~+20) a ammeter on the external panel; For diesel generator set started by two batteries, an ammeter of (- 30~+30) A specification is usually installed on the external panel.
