What are the lubrication methods of the lubrication system?
Because the working conditions of engine transmission parts are different, different lubrication methods are adopted for transmission parts with different load and relative movement speed.
Pressure lubrication
Pressure lubrication is a lubrication method that supplies oil to the friction surface at a certain pressure. This method is mainly used for lubrication of friction surfaces with large load such as main bearing, connecting rod bearing and cam bearing.
Splash lubrication
The lubrication method of lubricating the friction surface by using the oil droplets or oil mist splashed by the moving parts when the engine is working is called splash lubrication. This force type is mainly used to lubricate the cylinder wall with light load and the working surface of the cam, tappet, valve stem, rocker arm and other parts of the valve train.
Grease lubrication
The working surfaces of parts, such as water pump and generator bearings, are lubricated by regularly adding grease through the grease nozzle.
