What safety technical items should be checked before the tractor is delivered?
(1)The engine has good starting performance, stable idle speed, smooth acceleration, no abnormal noise, no oil leakage, water leakage and air leakage.
(2)The transmission system works smoothly, and the clutch pedal travel and transmission mechanism work normally.
(3)The traveling system shall check whether the tire pressure meets the requirements of the manual, the steel rim shall be free of damage and deformation, the tire shall be intact, and the bolts shall be fastened.
(4)The steering wheel of the steering system shall rotate flexibly, operate easily, and the free travel shall meet the requirements.
(5)The brake system shall check the free stroke of the brake pedal. The free stroke shall comply with the regulations, and the brake shall be reliable without deviation and jumping.
(6)Check whether the light signal device is complete and whether the function is normal.
(7)Check whether the tractor generator, governor, battery, starter, horn and hydraulic system work normally.
