Intercooler Cleaning
1.Switch the inlet and outlet switch valves to the corresponding ducts of the washing tank, and add the 2% soda ash aqueous solution into the intercooler, the temperature of the aqueous solution is 70-80℃, fill it up, wait 15 minutes to observe the intercooler If there are any leaks inside, disassemble and repair them if necessary. If there is no leakage, shake the intercooler back and forth, and pour out the lotion after repeating it several times.
2.Repeat step 1 several times until the poured washing liquid is relatively clean. Add corrosion inhibitor to the washing liquid during the washing process to reduce the chemical reaction of the washing liquid to the inner wall of the intercooler.
3.Switch the inlet and outlet switch valves to the corresponding ducts of the neutralization tank, and add the acidic neutralization liquid to the intercooler to neutralize the residual cleaning liquid.
4.Switch the inlet and outlet switch valves to the corresponding ducts of the radiator, and fill the intercooler with a large amount of clean hot water for flushing, the water temperature is 80-90℃, until the released water is clean.
5.Can use compressed air to blow dry the water in the intercooler or dry naturally.
