What problems should be paid attention to when using and maintaining the hydraulic suspension system?

In order to ensure the reliability and durability of the tractor hydraulic suspension system in operation and improve economic efficiency, the principle of "prevention is more important than repair" should be adhered to, and attention should be paid to correct maintenance and repair of the hydraulic system.

 

(1) Handle operation

Whether the hydraulic suspension system can work normally for a long time is closely related to the correct operation of the handle. The following aspects should be noted:

① When the hydraulic suspension system is equipped with an additional traction device and locked with a diagonal brace, the handle should be locked in the "down" position with a stop pin. Otherwise, due to accidental reasons, the diagonal brace will be damaged when the hydraulic pump is running and the handle is in the "up" position.

② When the tractor suspends the agricultural implements on the road, be sure to lock the handle in the "lifting" position with the stop pin, otherwise, the agricultural implements will be damaged by landing if the handle slides to the "lowering" position due to misoperation or running vibration.

③ When the tractor is working, the proper stop position of the handle should be positioned with a stop pin. For example, when the plowing depth is adjusted properly, the stop pin should be fixed on the lower edge of the handle to ensure that the handle will move back to the same plowing depth control position when the tool is lifted and lowered again. In this way, it is not allowed to fall into the "down" position due to misalignment.

 

(2) Hydraulic hose connection

The hydraulic hose cannot be bent or twisted significantly, so before connecting the hose, a straight line can be drawn on the hose along the center line with chalk, and then the curvature of the hose twist can be checked according to the change of the chalk line. The twist radius is not greater than 1/8~1/6 of the hose outer diameter.

 

(3) Clean the hydraulic tank filter

The filter of the hydraulic oil tank must be cleaned every 250 hours or so. The following procedures shall be during cleaning:

① Remove the oil pipe and filter cover.

② Take out the filter housing and filter.

③ Take out the filter pipe from the shell, but do not turn the shell of the ball valve along the thread direction of the pipe to avoid damaging the regulating mechanism of the valve.

④ Clean the filter, magnet, filter and other parts with clean diesel oil, and then blow them with compressed air.

⑤ Assemble the filter in the reverse order of removal.

⑥ Remove the vent cover of the oil tank and clean the vent hole and blockage.

 

(4) Replace hydraulic oil

The hydraulic oil must be replaced every 500 hours of operation. The replacement should be carried out as follows:

① The locomotive is parked on the level ground, and the oil in the oil tank and hydraulic system is discharged when the engine is stopped. The oil in the distributor and hydraulic pump is discharged through the hydraulic cylinder and hose, and the oil in the hydraulic cylinder is discharged directly from the pipe joint.

② Reconnect the hose, fill the fuel tank with clean diesel, and lift the suspension device 7 to 8 times after starting the engine.

③ Drain the clean diesel after shutdown. When disassembling the hydraulic cylinder hose and oil pipe, wrap it with clean tarpaulin or plastic paper to keep the end face clean.

④ Remove the filter in the hydraulic oil tank and clean it with diesel oil.

⑤ After the assembly of all components, fill the hydraulic oil tank with new hydraulic oil and keep it clean. The oil filling bucket and funnel used must be clean. For the locomotive that shares hydraulic oil and transmission box, the hydraulic pump transmission device shall be disconnected during the load test run of the new vehicle, otherwise, the scrap iron generated during running-in will enter the hydraulic system.
