Maintenance Points Of Pulley Radiator
1.During disassembly and assembly, pay special attention to water leakage caused by collision. The installation position must meet the requirements of the original factory to maintain a certain distance between the radiator core and the fan blade to avoid collision during operation.
2.Please pay attention to check whether there is dirt on the front of the radiator core during use, and clean it if necessary to avoid affecting the heat dissipation performance and scratching the core tube during operation.
3.Make sure to check and ensure the matching accuracy of pulley and taper sleeve. The taper of pulley hole and sleeve shall be the same. After pressing the sleeve into the hole with your thumb, the small end is required to be 2~3mm lower than the surface of the pulley hole; And the cone contact is good.
4.Please check that the pulley is really compressed after tightening nut at the shaft end, and adjust it if necessary.
5.Please specially tighten the pump shaft end nut , and the tightening torque should meet the technical specifications.
6.During use, please check and maintain frequently. If there is any looseness, tighten the anchor nut of the therapeutic instrument in time. The cracked and deformed fan blades shall be repaired or replaced in time. When the engine anchor nut is loose and the whole machine moves forward, it should be repaired.
